Hari ni saya betol2 keciwa..hahahaha..gilo..keciwa pon bleh gelak2..fyi, skang ni aku tgh bz untuk propose tajuk untuk final year project aku.dan skrg ni course yg aku amek adalah mechanical engineering majoring in manufacturing di salah sebuah unibersiti tempatan je.kt mane?jeng jeng jeng..so ape kene mengene dgn posting kali ni?? sori sbb lari tajuk sket dr bab helmet.. huhu..ok2..nape aku keciwa??sebabbbb.....tajuk yang aku propose untuk fyp( final year project) aku kene reject.okies..bile bercakap tentang manufacturing, akan terbayang lah beberapa proses sbg contoh casting,moulding, and etcetera dan bidang manufacturing ni luas termasuk la quality control,metrology serta design of experiment (d.o.e) bukan c.o.e yeeee ( crew of ex5 huhuhu). dan setelah bertahun2 aku belajar aku berharap sgt2 fyp aku ade kene mengena dgn minat aku.kehidupan bermotosikal samada dari segi helmet,sportrim, dan ape2 sekali pon. tajuk yg aku pilih dan propose ( tapi dah kene reject.wakakakaka) adalah berkaitan dgn injection moulding @ casting for local motorcycle helmet. dan scope tajuk tu adalah berkaitan dgn quality control dan design of experiment.senang je nak buat moulding@casting sbb teknologi skrg xperlu kan direct fabrication sbb software berlambak2,so jimat cost dan mase.nak run quality testing pon kacang je. kekekeke..tapi nape kene reject??aaa ni yg xkacang....

1. data untuk sesuatu produk kilang adalah sgt2 private.so cmne aku nak mntk data kilang untk buat quality testing??mintak kt solidgold xdpt..mntk kt khi lg la haram nak response. mntk kt kilang buat sudu plastik buleh la die bg...cait !

2. ni lg satu hal.xde lecturer yang berminat tajuk ni. yela. kalau dipikirkan, ape input yang unibersiti dapat?? sume lctrer demand tajuk high level punya..part untuk fabrication sume nak yang run modelling..wahhh masakkkk ! setakat buat helmet xde contribution kpd unibersiti.

senior aku ade buat pasal sport rim sem lepas.. boleh la pulak...cis~ lambat setahun je..xpelah dah bukan rezeki.. pape pun alhamdulillah aku dah selamat dapat tajuk. walaupun xde kene mengena dgn motosikal, tapi janji niat ikhlas nak belajar dan bukan sbb bende lain. tajuk aku xde la susah mane, pasal Development and characteristics of friction welding for Mg (magnesium) and Mg (magnesium).kene run sket fabrication, friction weld for two Mg specimen,buat several strength test,potong specimen dan buat SEM untk tgk micro structure dan kaji characteristic.pastu dah siap ! ngeh ngeh ngeh.. babai helmetto !

ini antara idola aku dari dulu lagi..aku simpan cita2 nak pki moto ni dah lama..simpan cita2 je..duit xsimpan..heheh....

di Malaysia, moto ini tersangat la limited weh (it was several years back then, when i was in the scooter arena, n till now i still in love with belts because of this bike !)..skrg ni xtau le..mgkin dah ramai yg bawak masuk...

Italjet Dragster ni umpama V4 version..beberapa ketul je kat Tanah Melayu ni...itu pon termasuk yg plet SingaPau...adeh...

Instant visual appeal - designed using computer technology the essentially Ducati-inspired open trellis frame gives the Dragster its distinct character and sets it apart from all other Scooters. Built upon the trellis frame sits the radiator mounted in the nose of the bike. And the bodywork itself makes the Dragster look more like a sportsbike than a scooter..

Total control - what's initially striking about the Dragster is its suspension configuration. Engineers at Italjet have developed what they call the independent steering system (SIS). This involves the front hydro-pneumatic suspension positioned horizontally as opposed to the twin-fork configuration on most Scooters. This gives the Dragster a unique advantage in allowing greater manoeuvre-ability as the forces acting on the suspension are transferred away from the front wheel towards the center of the bike thus enabling greater control on bends and on bumpy surfaces.The handlebars have also been placed at a slightly lower position meaning that the riders weight is slightly to the front of the bike again allowing greater control over the steering.

Goes like the proverbial - with a weight of only 107 Kg (125cc) and 109 Kg (180cc) means that the Dragster remains agile in order to provide brisk acceleration, 0-60 mph in 6 seconds (tuned) certainly gives the 'big bikes' a run for their money.

baru2 ni..kakak dan abang ipar aku pergi ke Jawa, Indonesia..nak berjalan2..honeymoon katenye..jadi sebelum diorg pergi, aku pesan le buah tangan...jeng jeng jeng.. ini le "buah tangan" yang diorg bawak balik...hehehe...
